Strike up the band!
Beth displays righteous appreciation for Israel’s handling of the Palestinian terrorists.
THIS is how you deal with Hamas
She refers to this WaPo story timed to make your morning commute more joyous:
Israeli warplanes killed six people in an attack early Wednesday on a Gaza City meeting of Hamas commanders, Israelis and Palestinians said, while Israel’s military expanded an offensive in the region with an incursion in the southern Gaza Strip.
What will the Arab and liberal American worlds have to bitch about once all the Palestinians are . . . gone?

All Star Blogging
TrevorfuckingHoffman. I guess he doesn’t want Jason Isringhausen to go down as the worst reliever in baseball.
With two outs in the top of the ninth, he has to get one–One–batter in three. Just one, Trevor.
But Noooooooo. Single. Double. Triple. The American League damnear hit for the cycle with two out.
Now, it’s up to Scott Rolen to smack a 9th inning home run to tie it.
Fucking Hoffman.
UPDATE: The all star game sucks.

Government ready to pounce on treasonous leakers
HT: DrudgeReport.com
The chairman of the House Intelligence Committee says that the government is about launch a crackdown on those who leak sensitive information to The New York Times and other terrorist organizations.
Michigan Republican Rep. Peter Hoekstra also suggested some unauthorized leaks could have been deliberate attempts to help al Qaeda.
“More frequently than what we would like, we find out that the intelligence community has been penetrated, not necessarily by al Qaeda, but by other nations or organizations,” he said. (Reuters)
Well, of course the leaks are designed to help al Qaeda. And why has it taken the government so long to go after the leakers? At least some of the leaks, if NYT is to be believed, came from administration or other “government” sources. These people have jeopardized the lives American servicemen, informants, and allies. They deserve to be hanged by the neck until dead.
During the 2000 election, we heard story after story about W’s “pathological” demand for loyalty among his confidants. In the past two years, though, his White House has leaked like one of my plumbing projects. Perhaps just one or two high profile hangings of “senior” officials would make the traitors in government think twice before aiding the enemy in a time of war.

Sorry for the theme change
The other theme, which I loved and spent too much time customizing, simply did not work in IE 7. I hope you like this one, even though it’s a little plain.
