		<description>Before the spending bill vote, I planned simply to abstain from voting for Specter.  Now I plan to actively vote against him.  I mean, he&#039;s a Democrat anyways, so we might as well elect a Democrat.

I&#039;ve read many reviews stating how eloquent and amazing Obama was in his news conference.  Like you, I found it a scary experience.  He had no answers for any question and mainly filled out each answer with rhetoric until he felt he&#039;d said enough.  The other scary thing is he was up there doling out favors... he had a list of journalists he wanted to allow to ask him a softball question, presumably as a signal to the far left that they had won and their favorite bloggers were going to get attention.</description>
